Cost: $269/month (10% discount for SKOT clients, 12-week minimum)
Focus on mindset, habits, diet, fitness, and self-care. Build lasting habits and progress across all areas of your well-being.

Exercise Coaching
Cost: $139/month (10% discount for SKOT clients, 12-week minimum)
Create a balanced fitness routine with achievable goals and steady progress without overwhelm or burnout.
